For me, the passion has been there from the start — that interest in the relationship between “house” and “home.”
My father, Herb Cudd, loved trees. When he started his construction company in 1950 in our hometown of River Falls, Wisconsin, he made sure that plenty of trees were included in his projects. And he spent his entire career dedicated to building fine houses and beautiful, solid neighborhoods where families could put down their own roots and nurture a sense of belonging.
My brother, Chuck, has continued that legacy, turning the Charles Cudd Company into one of the premier home-building companies in the country.
The lesson wasn’t lost on me. As a Realtor working in the family business, I developed an understanding of architecture, construction and home design. I have been a Realtor in Woodbury since 1987.
Now, with the Cheryl Brenna Group, my deep roots in construction and design provide a unique perspective—an insider’s advantage—on Woodbury’s communities and surrounding areas. I am an experienced home stager, accredited relocation specialist, and a new construction specialist, able to help you in all facets of your moving needs.
ABOUT JEFF BRENNA, Realtor
Cheryl and I have been best friends since we were 12. We grew up in River Falls, Wisconsin — still live there — partners in marriage since 1972, business partners since 2006. We’re the parents of two amazing daughters, and we have five beloved grandchildren.
Cheryl’s dad, homebuilder Herbert Cudd, always encouraged me to join her in the business. He thought we’d be great together. He was right.
During the 30 years prior, when I ran my own St. Paul business, I had a loyal customer base that trusted me to steer them straight. Current clients concur. They know that the Cheryl Brenna Group stands for forthrightness and integrity.
Licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. It’s fulfilling to combine my business and people skills to help families buy or sell their homes.
