Woodbury is home to a diversity of business, both large and small, that create many professional opportunities. Health care is a strong sector with HealthEast, HealthPartners, Allina and Tria having a notable presence. Other major employers include, 3M, Assurant, Dean Foods and Target.com.
Woodbury has many recreational and cultural amenities to offer its residents. Active sorts will enjoy the HealthEast Sports Center with more than 30 athletic fields, an indoor field house and three outdoor rinks. Nature lovers will enjoy Tamarack Nature Preserve, Carver Lake Park and numerous golf courses, including two public courses, Prestwick and Eagle Valley. Central Park is a favorite indoor destination for families year-round and is connected to the Washington County Library and the YMCA.
